Placing an Order in 3 Easy Steps

1. Open the order form with Microsoft Word (orderform.doc) or Adobe Acrobat (orderform.pdf).
2. Fill it in using Microsoft Word  OR  print it out and fill it in by hand.
3. Attach the completed form to an email and send it to the Stick Lady at    OR  fax the printed form to the Stick Lady at (613) 596-9920.

Sticks & Stuff accepts payment via CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER, and VISA.
